Shipping & Return Policy

Oh sorry to know that you’d like to return your purchase with OMM. We are open to all that you have to say and shall be happy to assist you with your returns within 7 days of your receiving the products. Kindly, follow the steps to raise your return request.

 

The process to return the product to us:

  1. Please email us your requests at ohmymamma.kidswear@gmail.com within seven days of receiving the product
  2. Kindly ensure the subject line is “RETURN <Product Name>” along with your purchase invoice.
  3. Presently, all orders will be returned via self-shipping. However, we are working on facilitating easy pick-ups for return requests and provide that shortly. Till then, please send them to our store address:

  4. Please ensure that the products to be returned are unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  5. Once the product is received at OMM’s warehouse and after the quality check is performed, we will confirm that we have received your product. 
  6. All refunds will be credited to your OMM account the same day after the QC is done.
  7. You’ll be able to use the full amount in your next purchase with us.

The following are the do’s and don’ts of this Policy:- 

  1. Any product to be returned must be unused and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. Products purchased on Sale will not qualify for a return, only size exchanges may be performed. 
  3. In case you have purchased an item that has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.

Oh My Mamma will not be liable for the products misdelivered to the wrong address or wrong/different products accidentally delivered by the user to Oh My Mamma. In such circumstances, OMM would not be accountable for the misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the user.
